I have already sent a separate email about how Ten Points decision to use a private courier rather than the national post caused unnecessary delays and extra work on my part. International fees and taxes should be paid at point of purchase, not at the courier depot. Further, I received multiple emails a day from Ten Points updating me on tracking of my parcel, which was over the top and silly. I hope these comments were helpful. I would like to order from Ten Points again but your parcel service is daunting.
