I have ordered 7 pairs of ankle boots from Ten Points because I am a super fan. The quality, color, and style are stunning — to say the least. I ordered 2 of these (different colors) and they were too tight. Out of the 7 boots I purchased recently, 4 hurt 😢 —all the boots being the same size. Unfortunately, because I am in the United States, it would be a hefty price to send them back. Consequently, the financial investment is heavy but I’m willing to pay because of the style and quality. While I am stuck with the shoes 😥☹️☹️, I am happy that at least 3 of them did fit. I own 21 pairs of Ten Points, so in general I’m a happy customer 🤗🤗🤗. Just disappointed that there is no way to return or exchange these especially since I tend to market them and have treated a couple of friends to them, thus purchasing about 23 pairs since I found the company.
